Kinesiology as a Guide
Summer 2025, Date TBA
Downeast Maine
1pm to 3pm EST
$30-$60 sliding scale
Kinesiology is a helpful tool to help with hearing our internal compass and where it might be pointing to. It may help us choose the plants and flower essences that may be helpful in any given moment, help us to identify areas of the body or emotional influences that are calling for our attention, help us with decision making, and even help us find lost/misplaced things. Through working with kinesiology methods, we can open up our clear sensory channels to more subtle nuances that we often don't pay attention to.
In this two hour class, Jennifer will introduce and guide you in learning 3 simple kinesiology methods, pendulum kinesiology & working with kinesiology charts, body kinesiology, and coin flip kinesiology.
Bring your own pendulum or you can purchase one at the class for an additional cost.
